How to Manage Your Membership
- Locate the email you first received when you subscribed (search “manage edge control” in your email, and it should pull it up). Once you find the email, it is recommended that you star/ favorite it so you can easily refer back to it when needed.
- In the email, click “Manage subscription,” it will take you to the manage subscription page.
- Click on the subscriptions tab on the left. Here you will see all of your current subscriptions. You can also add additional products if you want by clicking add product.
- To edit your current subscription, click “edit” next to the subscription you wish to edit.
- From here, you can change your charge date, change the amount of product you receive, change delivery frequency, and update payment and shipping information.

What do I do if I have too much edge control?
If you have too much edge control, you can adjust your order frequency by managing your membership. You’ll only be charged for the edge controls that are delivered to you.
Canceling vs. changing subscription frequency
By default, you are scheduled to receive one edge control each month, but you can change your order frequency, and you’ll only be charged for the product(s) you receive.
Doing this instead of canceling your subscription will allow you to keep your active subscriber status.
What benefits do I receive as an active subscriber?
Having an active subscriber status allows you to participate in our giveaways, easily change which product(s) you have delivered to you, and get exclusive access to our newest products.
Can I change/switch the product(s) that I’m subscribed to?
Yes. To do this:
1. Locate the email you first received when you subscribed (search “manage edge control” in your email). Once you find the email, it is recommended that you star/favorite it so you can easily refer back to it when needed.
2. In the email, click “manage subscription,” and it will take you to the delivery schedule page.
3. Click on the subscriptions tab on the left. Here you will see all of your current subscriptions.
4. You add additional products by clicking “add product.”
5. Then cancel the old subscription.
