Alaska and Hawaii Shipping:
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take an extra one to two days.
APO/FPO and U.S. Territories:
We ship directly to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses and U.S. Territories.

Missing Package Report:

Report Missing/Damaged Items:
Any missing or damaged items must be reported to Edge Control within 15 days of the delivery date. Please email a picture of the contents and the box it came into [email protected]. Claims made after the 15-day window will not be eligible for replacement.
Order Shipping:
Your order will be shipped immediately after we receive and clear the money order. We process payments quickly, and the bank’s processing time usually takes around 2 days. However, this may vary based on the issuing bank and its clearing schedule.

Returns:

Opened containers or bottles are not eligible for refunds.

The item must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.

Please note that cleanses, regimens or kits with opened containers or bottles are non-refundable without any exceptions.

Refused Shipments:
