We manufacture our products in the U.S.A. in facilities in full compliance with FDA regulations to guarantee their quality and safety. We offer refunds within fifteen (15) days of delivery to the recipient with a ticket number, only for unopened container(s) or bottle(s) as inspected and determined by Edge Control. If container(s) or bottle(s) are opened, there will be NO refund for that edge control. NO EXCEPTIONS. Shipping expenses will not be refunded in any case including, but not limited to returns (unless the return is the result of an error made by Edge Control). To qualify for a return, please submit a ticket request to customer service. Failure to have the ticket number visible on either inside or outside of the returned package will automatically be denied as part of our policy. Once the returned order has been received with a ticket number. Please allow up to (21) business days to process the refund if approved.Subscription Cancellation & Return Policy By ordering from Edge Control you agree to our terms and conditions. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew. You will be charged for your scheduled subscription until you cancel your subscription. As a subscriber, you are responsible for managing your subscription account. You can cancel or edit your subscription by modifying your account via the subscription email you have received upon purchase.
