Return Policy At Edge Control, our goal is to produce the best results possible while ensuring the highest degree of safety at all times. We manufacture our products in the U.S.A. in facilities in full compliance with FDA regulations to guarantee their quality and safety. Edge Control uses the highest-quality ingredients geared toward optimal hair regrowth. We offer refunds within fifteen (15) days of delivery to the recipient with a ticket number, only for unopened container(s) or bottle(s) as inspected and determined by Edge Control. If container(s) or bottle(s) are opened that exist in a system or kit, there will be NO refund for that system or kit. NO EXCEPTIONS. To qualify for a return, please submit a ticket request to customer service. Failure to have the ticket number visible on either inside or outside of the returned package will automatically be denied as part of our policy. Once returned order has been received with a ticket number. Please allow up to (21) business days to process the refund if approved.
Subscription Cancellation & Return Policy
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it, your subscription is suspended, or your subscription is terminated.
By joining the Edge Control Club, you will be placing a “Subscription Order,” and subsequently, you agree to our terms and conditions. Subscriptions are set to auto-renew. First-time Edge Control Club subscription orders will receive their product of choice for $1 plus shipping and handling fees (please note this special offer only applies once per customer). All subsequent subscription orders will cost the standard amount for the product you are subscribed to.
You will be charged for your scheduled subscription until you cancel your subscription.
As a subscriber, you are responsible for managing your subscription account. You can cancel your subscription by modifying your account via the subscription email you have received upon purchase. If you require assistance with the cancellation process, please visit our website and click the support tab.
If you want to cancel or edit a subscription order, you must do so at least three (3) business days before the scheduled charge date to ensure the cancellation or modification of your order. Failure to do so will result in the product(s) being charged and shipped, as scheduled by default.
If you want to cancel your subscription before your 2nd installment is due, you will need to file a ticket with customer service. At which point, you will be charged the full amount of the product
as it will be a breach of our subscription policy.
In the event that you are canceling your subscription and are also returning a subscription order, you will be charged a $25 shipping, handling, and processing fee, as a breach of our subscription policy.
Delivery time generally takes 5-8 business days. Delivery time does not include the time it takes to process your order. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
